Wow...what happened to the Doodlebops?!? The stories are still good, with all the heart we've come to expect, but WE MISS MAZ!!! The new lady just doesn't have the energy Maz did, but I underst and she's got excellent references. ;)

I've gotta say though, I really prefered the older sets- the new ones are bright & shiny, but there's too much flash and dependance on computer graphics now. One more thing... What's with Moe's hair?!?

My 2 children and never missed an episode of the Doodlebops from the first time we saw it. I loved the format and my daughter idolized DeeDee (she's 4 and all about PINK). Today (3/13/06) I was shocked to see it had been totally retooled. The characters looked so different that I watched the credits to make sure they hadn't been replaced. The new makeup makes them look anorexic. I'm sorry but DeeDee's new hemline is way too skimpy. I had hoped to make my daughter a DeeDee costume for Halloween this year but now I'm rethinking that. No one could possibly mistake the old costume for the new character. And WHERE's MAZZ?? I don't care for the new character at all. It reminds me of those Arby's commercials where they took some ancient lady and dressed her up like Joan Rivers and did a voice over. Only this case they didn't bother with the voice over. Mazz was so much more peppy and her lines didn't sound like she was reading them off of a cue card. Honestly to me it's like they pulled someone off of the street, dressed them in costume and threw them in front of a camera with a teleprompter. There's zero personality in this new "JAZZ" character.

And this episode they were recording an album...what was with the new animal character? It was so not-impressive that I can't e ven recall its name, but WHERE's MUDGE??

On a scale of 1 to 10 I give the new format a -2. CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!!

My almost three year old loves the Doodlebops. However we saw one of the new season shows and were VERY disappointed. My daughter who always is jumping around singing the songs and dancing just sat there and I asked her if she liked the music and she said no. I too didn't care for the new sound. It is much too disco like and has really taken the "kid" out of it and added more teen flair. I don't feel that is appropriate for this age group. I was also sad to hear the change in the ending song. You've removed a fabulous part of the song (when it basically thanks the kids and tells them they're the greatest part of it).

The other changes aren't terrible but still disappointing (like giving DeeDee a tighter fitting dress). I would love to see some more of the "old" style incorporated back into the show. I truly believe you have a good thing going on with the Doodlebops but if there are too many changes you are going to lose some devout viewers.

Why don't you sell Doodle Bop outfits? My son is a drummer and wants to dress like Moe.

As a mother who has a 2 year old who loves the Doodlebops. I am watching the new season 2 with him and I am dissappointed with it. There is to many graphics (green screen) it is very distracting and you don't pay attention to the characters. ( Bring a sound around). Anyway I like the costumes and I like Jazz but she is surely not Mazz. There is to much light show at the ending concert. It justs looks so fake. The new outfits are nice. My son really is not so interested in this new concept.

has Dee Dee doodle changed for the new season? She seems different to us.

I think all the improvements are great. From Dee Dee's dress (it really is more flattering to her pretty figure), the make up jobs (no more lines from the headgear),stage costumes, bus renovations,and new characters. My only regret is Maz is gone and replaced with a Maz wannabe. My son absolutely loved Maz, and would often get up and dance and sing her Scat piece whenever she entered the room. We will miss Maz terribly! I think that her departure should be addressed on the show in some way. It is never easy saying goodbye to a friend, especially when your 3 years old

Your show is great for all ages. I enjoy watching it with my 2 year old. When they get to dancing with ya'll, they are so cute! I just want to thank ya'll for all ya'll do.

I started watching the show because of my baby boy last year, and I love it. Dee Dee, your hot! The new make over shown today is quite a thrill. Love the skirt girl! The new hair looks great too! The overall look is a bit more natural, but you all are loosing something by not accentuating the eyes. Faces are appearing flat and harder to read expressions from midshot. Eyes are washed out. Looks like Dee Dee lost twenty pounds too. I accually noticed her adam's apple in today show. How weird! Nice work, on using the hand dot for something usefull. Everyone looked rested too. Ever notice how sleepy Dee Dee and Rooney looks in one shot, then awake in the next. Didn't see that today. Moe always looks like he had a good nights sleep. Why didn't the scat singer disappear in mid air. She should have gone back in Her box. The new lady is good, but not the original great.

do we have a new deedee or does she have a different wig on.

My 1 year old daughter loves this show.This is the only show that she will watch..I even love to watch it with her.This show is GREAT. When are they going to come out with the dolls,and the costumes?

The doodlebops what an awsome show for children! who ever thought they would be such a hit. My son is a year and a half and adores them , in our home doodlebops is a morning rountine. We all get up to do the doodlebop pledge , it makes life alot easier when you have more than one child. When will you come to Tucson, Arizona.

I watched the new show this morning for the first time. It was good but it was not as good as the old show. We like the original show the best. But the Doodlebops are GREAT!

Has there been discussion of how to bring the Doodlebops live to more local towns? Have you thought of hiring another group of 3 to represent Doodlebops in more locations? Or hiring fill-ins for the three you currently have?

I have two Daughters ages 7 and 1 1/2 and we are all Huge Fans of The DOODLEBOPS. We can't get enough. I tape every show and then we sit down to watch, sing, and dance along together. My youngest one starts dancing as soon as she hears The DOODLEBOP song. I go around the house singing all of the songs all day long. My husband thinks I'm nuts, but I don't care even I a 26 year old Mother of two LOVES The DOODLEBOPS. I find the shows and songs educational, but not to overpowering. I can't wait until The DOODLEBOPS come to perform in the USA. I also hope to see more merchandise in stores soon. I want to give my youngest Daughter a DOODLEBOP Party she will be turning 2. The DOODLEBOPS ROCK. WE LOVE YOU DOODLEBOPS.
